Athiya Shetty wowed us with her stunning bridal outfit, but it wasn’t just one look—she also attended every other pre- and post-wedding event! Yes, this famous bride has served as inspiration for a variety of bridal styles, and the best part is that each one is rather straightforward with a single distinctive feature that she allowed shine! She has provided brides in 2023 with ample inspiration for a variety of outfits, whether it be with her clothing or jewellery.
P.S. Every event’s decor was lovely and really well-planned!
Mehendi

Athiya donned a stunning, specially made chikankari lehenga by Anjul Bhandari for the mehendi. Women artisans in the areas near Lucknow hand-embroidered the Chikankari lehenga. But Athiya’s Nani is the owner of the stunning antique earrings that are the focal point of her ensemble. The bangles and maangtikka complemented the ancestral jewellery.
Muhuratam

Athiya wore only traditional clothing for the Muhuratam, which is a gorgeous appearance for South Indian brides! She was dressed in a basic gold handwoven tissue kanchivaram with a fuchsia pink block pallu from the heritage revival store Madhuraya Creations. Her ghuttapusal necklace and traditional South Indian choker perfectly finished the ensemble.
The Haldi

The haldi photographs appeared to be a lot of fun! Athiya wore a vintage Ritu Kumar suit and kept things simple and lovely. She decided to wear a stunning ivory cotton anarkali with a gharara skirt made of an ancient gold embroidery that took 2000 hours to complete, as well as an intricate handcrafted gold gota work anarkali.
The Decor
Not only were Athiya’s appearances flawless, but Rani Pink Love’s decorations for every event were also exquisite—especially given that this was a rural wedding!
Mehendi

The block printed drapes and tents for the mehendi ceremony were exquisite; they were handcrafted by artisans in Jaipur. Bougainvilleas in hot pink, coral, and white were blooming profusely in every nook and cranny of the yard. The ideal flash of colour for a stunning winter day. The milky bulbs then turned on like glittering lights against a painted sky as the sun fell. Sure seems like something from a fairy tale.
Muhuratam

Even for a small outdoor wedding, the muhuratam decor is breathtaking. Beautiful ancient trees draped with jasmine strings, beds of mogra, and the most exquisite linen hand-dyed in a delicate mint hue are all just wonderful!
Haldi

The haldi was a lush marigold garden with layers reaching from floor to ceiling—it was really stunning and the ideal place to find inspiration!
