How can you use your closet for fashion self-care?

I am so glad about the pandemic only, for one thing, people have realized the value of self-care and self-love. Along with that, the value of human relationships has increased tremendously. Today we are going to discuss Fashion, a way of self-care, and trust me you do not need to empty your pockets for this. We will give you some tips and tricks that will help you boost your confidence and self-esteem.  

You don’t need a fashion therapist for fashion self-care—but you have to find your individual fashion and personality using fashion.

Let us get to the tips!

  1. Pre-plan your outfits 

Make this a habit to decide what you want to wear a night prior. That way you do not have to struggle with ‘What should I wear today?‘ every day and you can throw on your best look and jump right into a productive day! 

2. Match your makeup and outfit

Apply eyeshadow that matches your outfit and go for a monochromatic look. This detail surely helps you think positively. You do not need full-face makeup to look good. A brown lipstick and light blush work for me.

3. Try it out for yourself to feel the difference.

If you still do not believe me that fashion makes a difference in your confidence and self-esteem try it out yourself. Wear PJs and night suits in the morning and later in the day wear the best dress that you own. Let me know when are you the most productive, energized, and confident. You will need some to find your individuality when it comes to fashion, once you find it, it will be easy for you to set your wardrobe accordingly.

4. Quality clothes in a budget

no one is asking you to spend your salary just on clothes, but just like you spend on other things do not avoid buying clothes.

Thrift stores are booming during this pandemic and I would suggest buying from them. You can buy the fanciest clothing item staying within the budget.

5. Stop saying you’re not “into” fashion.

If you wear clothes, you are into fashion. Fashion is not just wearing designer clothes and walking o a ramp, it is a way of showing your personality by the clothes you wear. You can always start by taking quizzes online.
