It’s safe to say that they are a perfect match.
Athiya Shetty, a rising actress, and KL Rahul, a cricketer for Team India, have been dating for a while now. But, they have never spoken publicly about their relationship. Of course, we have all seen people share birthday wishes on social media. Until their romantic nuptials in Suniel Shetty’s farmhouse in Khandala, the pair was able to keep their adorable little romance a secret.
At her wedding, Athiya glowed like the first sign of spring, and her husband KL Rahul brilliantly complemented her attractiveness with his good looks. To their credit, the couple choose Anamika Khanna to create their wedding attire.
The old-rose silk lehenga worn by Athiya required 10,000 man hours to create! The bridal lehenga included chikankari, zardosi, and jaali embroidery as well as an organza veil and dupatta. Her elaborate full-sleeve blouse enhanced the outfit’s charm. The elaborate decorations on KL Rahul’s delicate white sherwani were done perfectly!
Athiya Shetty chose a novel and delicate wedding kaleere instead of the customary hefty one, which featured adorable sun and star ornaments made by Mrinalini Chandra. Athiya’s elegant Birdhichand single polki drop maangtikka and gorgeous Polki necklace set went wonderfully with her understated yet priceless lehenga! Her bare, delicate makeup, done by Namrata Soni, mesmerises us and complements her low-bun hairdo perfectly.
The exquisite jaimalas from this lovely day wedding were another thing we appreciated. It was all filled with sweet baby pink roses and white mogras, which perfectly complemented the wedding’s theme. Our hearts were won over by Rani Pink’s flawless, all-white Mandap. The arrangement, which radiated warmth and beauty, was made on the lawn of the Shetty farmhouse in Khandala.
Everyone was in awe at the bride’s father and brother’s wedding attire. For Athiya’s wedding, Suniel Shetty and Ahan Shetty both wore enticing traditional attire. Suniel Shetty accessorised his eye-catching beige kurta and matching dhoti with an attractive tiered necklace. Ahan Shetty, on the other hand, looked sharp in a longline jacket and a classy white kurta pyjama.
